I did not receive a reminder.
Confirm notifications are allowed for Instarecall. On Android, also check battery optimization and exact-alarm settings. Restarting the device should restore pending reminders, but device manufacturers may impose additional restrictions.
Where is my data stored?
The current version stores reminders locally on your device. There is no account or cloud synchronization.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual items in Instarecall, or use Android Settings → Apps → Instarecall → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data. This cannot be undone unless you created your own backup. See the full data-deletion instructions.
Can you recover my reminders?
No. The current version does not upload reminders to CTF Designs, so we do not have a server-side copy.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. An iOS version is planned after the Android launch.
When contacting support
Include your device model, Android version, Instarecall version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords or sensitive reminder content.
